This year has been unbelievable, to say the least. Things may not look how they did last year, but you can still plan an intimate holiday party to help get, and keep, everyone in the holiday spirit.
First, choose a date that works for everyone. Consider other religions, cultures, and beliefs when choosing your date to avoid any other conflicts.
Next, select your theme. You can go with a classic Ugly Sweater party or Secret Santa. Or glam it up a little with a Gatsby Party.
Then, decide if there will be gifts exchanged. You can do a Secret Santa or White Elephant exchange, or tap into the season of giving with a charity. A Storybook Party where everyone brings a children’s book to donate to a local library or school, or Fill the Sleigh where everyone brings a toy to donate to a local organization.
Whatever you decide, remember that this year has been historic and focus on the positives with your nearest and dearest this holiday season.
